Todd Salemi - Founder
Todd Salemi grew up in the little beach town of Dana Point. He, his wife, and two daughters love spending time gardening, surfing, and cooking big meals for friends and family! Growing up as a surfer, his deep connection with the ocean nurtured his philosophy and passion for gardening, especially cannabis cultivation. With over 25 years of experience in the cannabis industry, Todd founded Organics Alive, an innovative organic fertilizer company dedicated to improving plant health and sustainability. Recognizing a need for better hemp practices, Todd is driven by his vision to provide true medicinal benefits to the community through sustainable cultivation methods. His lifelong commitment to organic gardening and environmental responsibility continues to guide his approach and inspire others.
Justin Ackerman - Founder
Born and raised in San Clemente CA, Justin feels more comfortable in the sea than he does on land. He loves helping people become the best versions of themselves and firmly believes that “your vibe attracts your tribe”.
Justin has spent the last decade developing start-up companies from conception to completion across multiple industries which include green energy, aerospace and finance. When not building companies, Justin enjoys bodyboarding, Jiu Jitsu and raising his two beautiful children with his wife Angela.
Noosha Salemi - Operations Manager, Creative Designer
Noosha Salemi is a devoted mother of two and a talented designer with a passion for interior and product design. Her creativity knows no bounds as she effortlessly brings beauty, functionality, and thoughtful details to every project she touches. Driven and inspiring, Noosha enjoys gardening and staying active and finds joy and rejuvenation in the mountains. She cherishes spending quality time with her family above all else, and her enthusiasm for life and deep love for her family radiates through all aspects of her work and personal endeavors.
